>Our job shooting Inns, B and Bs and restaurants is definitely fun, but it has it’s dangers–and one of them is that there are piles of cookies at every turn, calling out to us. Before we started Jumping Rocks, we baked literally thousands of homemade cookies as owners and innkeepers at The Woolverton Inn. I guess you’d say we are cookie connoisseurs!
Now we have fallen in love with a cookie available at the Whole Foods bakery. Everyone we have introduced this cookie to has kind of “freaked out” about it! I searched online and could not find a cookie recipe in the universe (the web universe anyway) that had all of these components. So we did what innkeepers tend to do–we experimented. And after some trials and errors, we came up with an almost perfect match!
I hate to admit this, but hope a see a plate of these on our next job…
